I hope I will be able to visit your orphanage in the near future. I did not know it has existed when I visited VN in December, 2004. The children are beautiful and well taken care of. My heart go out for these unfortunate kids. I wonder if I could adopt a child from the orphanage through the independent adoption process.

Dear orphanage,
I couldn't use your emailadres, for some reason. That is why is use the gastbook. I hope you can answer my question. I'm listed in the Netherlands for adoption. I wanted to know if it's possible to adopt from your orphanage by self-doing-procedure. It means that i follow all procedures in the Netherlands but that i find my own contact for adoption. the contact will be checked by the dutch organisations. If everything is ok, the adoption can go through.
I hope you can send me some information.
sincerly, Marjolein

I have had the privilege to visit Dieu Giac four times now, and try to bring what I can give, from me and friends. I would love to do more!
The nuns are very kind and sweet, and the house mothers too.
I think they are wonderful for the children.

We were privileged to make a very short visit to the Dieu Giac Orphanage recently and were touched by everyone we met and everything we saw. We left exhausted, having been thoroughly bounced on by many friendly and excited children, humbled and determined to try to help in some small way. Would love to return one day to catch up with everyone's progress.
