I hope you can answer my question. I'm listed in the Netherlands for adoption. I wanted to know if it's possible to adopt from your orphanage by self-doing-procedure. It means that i follow all procedures in the Netherlands but that i find my own contact for adoption. the contact will be checked by the dutch organisations. We left exhausted, having been thoroughly bounced on by many friendly and excited children, humbled and determined to try to help in some small way.
